My name is Nikie Fialdini, and I am the founder of Quick Nik Notary LLC – a mobile notary and client advocacy service based in Maple Valley, WA, serving the Greater Seattle area.
My career has taken me through some of the most meaningful and demanding spaces in people’s lives. I began as a labor and delivery nurse, supporting families during some of their most emotional and critical moments. From there, I moved into telephone advice nursing, healthcare administration, and office management – roles that sharpened my ability to help people navigate complex systems, stressful paperwork, and high-stakes decisions with clarity and compassion.
Through every chapter of my career, one thing has remained constant: my commitment to meeting people where they are. Not just physically – though we do come to you – but emotionally. I understand that the documents you’re signing often represent a significant moment in your life, whether that’s buying a home, planning for your future, navigating a family transition, or making decisions about your healthcare.
