Travel & Additional Fees
Travel fees are agreed upon in advance and are separate from notarial fees.
- Within 10 miles of Maple Valley: $25 flat
- 10–25 miles: $2.00 per mile
- Beyond 25 miles: $2.50 per mile
- Hospital, care facility, or jail signings: $50 travel minimum

Washington State sets a maximum notarial fee of $15 per in-person act and $25 per remote act. Our service and travel fees are separate and disclosed in advance.
